From the reservation page, check the date you want to rent or the date to be determined and select a vehicle that is available for rental.

Go to reservation application
After selecting the vehicle type, options, etc., you will be asked to enter your customer information.
Customer information input
Please enter your name, address, driver’s license number, etc.
Confirm receipt date and time
After receiving your reservation, the person in charge will send you a confirmation email and confirm your rental date. The vehicle will be delivered to the store on the same day.
Visit us
After arriving at the store, we will carry out various procedures.
Please have driver’s licenses available for everyone who will be driving.
After paying the fee and creating the rental book, we will check the vehicle and depart.

Return of rental car
On the return date, please come to the designated return store with a full tank of fuel. Once the staff and customer have finished checking the vehicle and fuel, the rental is complete. When you return, we will transfer you to New Chitose Airport.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please call (0123-29-6262) or contact us by email.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes made the day before or on the day of the event via email.
We will only be able to respond by phone. (8:00-20:00)
*If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged.
On the day: 50% of the basic fee
From the previous day to 2 days before: 30% of the basic fee
From 6 days to 3 days before: 20% of the basic fee
Until 7 days before: None *Up to 6,600 yen
Please note that if we do not hear from you within one hour of your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled.
