CONFIRMATION
Confirm receipt date and time
After your reservation is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm the rental date. The vehicle will be handed over to you at the store on the day of your reservation.

Once you arrive at the store, you will need to complete the necessary procedures.
Please bring a driver’s license for all drivers.
After payment has been made and the rental documents have been prepared, the vehicle will be checked and you will be ready to depart.
*If you are using from overseas or have an international driver’s license, please check the following and prepare accordingly.
For those driving with an international license
VEHICLE RETURN
Return of rental car
On the day of return, please bring the vehicle to the designated return location with a full tank of fuel. Once the staff and you have checked the vehicle and fuel, your rental will be complete. We will provide transportation to New Chitose Airport when you return.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please call us at (0123-29-6262) or contact us by email.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes made the day before or on the day of your reservation via email.
We only accept inquiries by phone (8:00-20:00).
*If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged.
On the day: 50% of the basic fee
From the day before to 2 days before: 30% of the basic fee
6 to 3 days in advance: 20% of the basic fee
Up to 7 days in advance: None *Maximum 6,600 yen
Please note that if we do not receive any contact from you within one hour of your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled.
